Tube ice maker machine Features:
Use hot Freon gas to make ice fall off fast with the whole process takes only 150~180 seconds.
After the ice is off, the water of low temperature is used for ice-making, saving energy consumption and increasing the volume of production of ice.
With the unique water distributive pan and air mouth, the water can evenly flow on the tube wall of the evaporator spirally, so it improves the efficiency of heat transfer.
The use of stainless steel SUS304,aluminum alloy plate-type evaporator, accords with the health and safety requirements.
The use of air pressure control excludes the risk of rupture of the evaporator tube and the tube ice diameter can be adjusted according to customers' needs.
Half-full liquid: liquid level controller which manages liquid supply of refrigerant makes the system more stable.
Name: Evaporator module
The evaporator and its accessories are installed on a steel frame which forms the evaporator module. When transporting , place the evaporator horizontally and stand it upright when installing .
Acomplete unit with all equipments assembled in a steel frame except its cooling tower for water-cooling or air fan for air-cooling. It's suitable for container shipment, easy to ship, move and install. Right after connecting to an electric and water source, the machine can be put into use
Name: Ice generator
The main part of the tube ice machine is the ice generator, a vertical shell-and-tube vessel surrounded by a water tank. Special water distributors on top of each tube control an even,spiral supply of water down the inside of the tubes. Expess water is collected in a tank beneath the ice generator and pumped back up to the tank at the top .
Tube ice is widely used in hotels, restaurants, bars, flight kitchens, catering, concrete cooling, chemical industry processing, food production processing, fishing industry and a variety of laboratory and medical applications.
